Minutes of The Special Price City Council Meeting

1. CITY RECORDER JOB DESCRIPTION AND GRADE - Approved

The Council reviewed the job description for the City Recorder. Items recommended for changing include:

Add Executive Assistant to the job title

Add administrative responsibilities to Department Heads

Add assists each department in legal notices

Remove supervision responsibilities

Remove administration of Business Licenses

Remove requirement of 2 year Associate Degree

Reduce to a Grade 12

MOTION. Councilmember Hanna-Smith moved that the job description of City Recorder be approved with the above changes. Motion seconded by Councilmember Tatton and carried.
