MOTION.
Commissioner Shook moved to open the public hearing at 6:00 p.m. to receive
input
Regarding
the consideration to vacate the American Dream Subdivision, Phase I, Plat A.
Motion seconded
by Commissioner R. Richens and carried. As
no public input was received. MOTION.
Commissioner A. Richens moved to close the public hearing at 6:01 p.m.
Motion seconded by
Commissioner Lyon and carried.

VACATE PHASE I, PLAT A
MOTION. Commissioner
Nielson moved to approve the vacate for the
American Dream
Subdivision Phase I, Plat A. Motion
seconded by Commissioner Sacco and carried.

adjourn the meeting at 6:03 p.m.
