MOTION. Councilmember Tatton moved to open the meeting of the
Community Development and Renewal Agency at 7:56 p.m..
Seconded by Councilmember Hanna-Smith. Motion carried.
1. COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT AND RENEWAL AGENCY OF PRICE-Annual Election of Chairman and
Vice-Chairman
MOTION.
Councilmember Tatton moved to maintain and proceed with the same Chairman,
Vice-Chairman and officers. Seconded by Councilmember McEvoy.
Motion carried.
MOTION. Boardmember Tatton moved that the meeting adjourn and
that the Council meeting reconvene. Motion seconded by Boardmember Davis and
carried.
