1. MINUTES - November 24, 1998

MOTION. Boardmember Nikas moved that the minutes of the November 24, 1998 meeting be approved as written. Motion seconded by Boardmember Wheeler and carried.

2. HIMONAS BUILDING (60 NORTH 100 WEST) - Reimbursement For Extended Restoration Grant

Vern Jones reported that Mike Himonas has completed the restoration of his building located at 60 North 100 West and has submitted a request for reimbursement. Mr. Himonas has spent $26,000 and exceeded the limits under the Extended Restoration Grant program. Based on this and the submission of the proper paper work, Vern recommended that the maximum amount of $5,000 be paid. MOTION. Boardmember Tatton moved that the reimbursement be approved. Motion seconded by Boardmember Piccolo and carried.

MOTION. Boardmember Nikas moved that the meeting adjourn and that the Council Meeting reconvene. Motion seconded by Boardmember Denison and carried.
