1. Mayor Colosimo welcomed the audience to the swearing in ceremony. Former Councilmember
James L. Jensen conducted the opening prayer.
Judge Boyd Bunnell spoke about Price City, the great place in which we live. Even though
Carbon County and Price City have not experienced the growth that the rest of the State
has, we have been able to maintain our quality of life. When outsiders ask him how things
are in Carbon County, he hates to tell anyone how great we are doing for fear they may
want to relocate.
Each of the newly sworn in Councilmembers acknowledged their families. They expressed
appreciation to the public for their confidence in voting them into office and committed
to working diligently to provide for the needs of the community.
Kas Rasmussen sang two songs.
Mayor Colosimo thanked the audience for attending the ceremonies and invited them to
lunch.
