 1.        MINUTES - January 8, 2003

MOTION.  Boardmember Wheeler moved that the minutes of the January 8, 2003 meeting be approved as written.  Motion seconded by Boardmember Kourianos and carried.

 2.        PRICE CITY STREET DEPARTMENT - Commercial Revitalization Grant (Right-of-

Way At 102 West Main

Nick Tatton presented a request from the Price City Street Department for a Commercial Revitalization grant to replace the overshot driveway at 102 West Main Street (old Gas-N-Go), on the west side of 1^st West..  This request will coincide with the concrete replacement project that takes place in the spring.  MOTION.  Boardmember Reaveley moved that the Commercial Revitalization Grant be approved.  Motion seconded by Boardmember Wheeler and carried.

MOTION.  Boardmember Tatton moved that the meeting adjourn and that the Council Meeting reconvene.  Motion seconded by Boardmember Denison and carried.

Meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
