1. MINUTES - January 13, 1999

MOTION. Boardmember Piccolo moved that the minutes of the January 13, 1999 meeting be approved as written. Motion seconded by Boardmember Denison and carried.

2. GREEK ORTHODOX CHURCH - Renovation of Building (70 West Main) - Application Accepted

Vern Jones reported that he was contacted by the building committee of the Greek Orthodox Church regarding a grant for the renovation of their building at 70 West Main. They estimated total renovation costs at approximately $30,000. However, only certain amounts will fall under the Agency's guidelines. Even though it is owned by the Greek Orthodox Church, property taxes are paid on the building.

MOTION. Boardmember Piccolo moved that the application for renovation be accepted. Motion seconded by Boardmember Denison and carried.

MOTION. Boardmember Denison moved that the meeting adjourn and that the Council Meeting reconvene. Motion seconded by Boardmember Nikas and carried.
