Minutes of The Special Price City Council Meeting

 1.         CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN - Review

Brian Allred presented and reviewed the fleet portion of the Capital Improvement Plan for the next five fiscal years. The Capital Improvement Plan consists of each departments needs pertaining to vehicles, dump trucks, snow plows, backhoes, lawn mowers, forklifts, and any special equipment needed to perform City functions. He provided a brief summary of each item such as the condition, age and mileage, remaining useful years, cost of repairs, etc. Pat Larsen will incorporate this list with the portion of the Capital Improvement Plan that was reviewed at the special meeting held February 25, 2002. The entire plan will be adopted at a future meeting.
