1. MINUTES - March 10, 1999
MOTION. Boardmember Denison moved that the minutes of the March 19, 1999 meeting be approved as written. Motion seconded by Boardmember Piccolo and carried.
2. PRICE FLORAL - Revitalization Grant Accepted
Vern Jones reported that Price Floral has submitted an application for a Revitalization Grant to restore the exterior of their building back to its original facade. Estimated cost is $15,000. The agencies share would be $5,000. MOTION. Boardmember Denison moved that the application be accepted. Motion seconded by Boardmember Nikas and carried.
3. PEACE GARDEN CLOCK - Purchase Approved
MOTION. Boardmember Piccolo moved that permission be given to purchase a standing clock for the Peace Garden, not to exceed $20,000. Motion seconded by Boardmember Denison and carried.
MOTION. Boardmember Piccolo moved that the meeting adjourn and that the Council Meeting reconvene. Motion seconded by Boardmember Denison and carried.
