1. MINUTES - September 24, 1997

MOTION. Boardmember Piccolo moved that the minutes of the September 24, 1997 meeting be approved as written. Motion seconded by Boardmember Wheeler and carried. Boardmember Nikas abstained from voting as he was not at the meeting.

2. MINUTES - October 8, 1997

MOTION. Boardmember Nikas moved that the minutes of the October 8, 1997 meeting be approved as written. Motion seconded by Boardmember Bringhurst and carried.

3. MINUTES - October 22, 1997

MOTION. Boardmember Denison moved that the minutes of the October 22, 1997 meeting be approved as written. Motion seconded by Boardmember Bringhurst and carried.

4. SIDEWALK PAVERS - Report

Boardmember Nikas reported that one of the projects approved under Redevelopment was to construct some sidewalk pavers on Main Street and look at old fashioned lighting. He recommended that staff be given direction as to what project to do. Pat Larsen stated that there is $19,000 in fund balance. Gary Sonntag stated that his staff has already focused in on the south side of Main Street between Carbon Avenue and 2nd West. He will put it together, place a cost estimate on it, and report back to the Board.

MOTION. Boardmember Nikas moved that the meeting adjourn and that the Council Meeting reconvene. Motion seconded by Boardmember Bringhurst and carried.
