1. SOCIAL HOUR

The Council met for breakfast and to socialize. They discussed the new Carbon County ambulance building that will be built behind the Gas-N-Go Service Station located at 102 West 100 North. Some minor personnel issues were discussed along with the appointments of the Council and City officials that are due by the first meeting in February, 2004.

Meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
