MOTION. Boardmember Tatton moved to open the Community Development and Renewal Agency

Meeting at 7:16 p.m.. Motion seconded by Boardmember Nielson and carried.

MOTION. Boardmember Tatton moved to reappoint the chair and vice chairman for the Price Community

Development and Renewal Agency. Motion seconded by Boardmember Hanna-Smith and carried.

MOTION. Boardmember Tatton moved to close the Community Development and Renewal Agency at

7:17 p.m. Motion seconded by Boardmember Nielson and carried.
