David Cox
presented this request. This business will be for troubleshooting and
assistance with solving home computer problems. Computers will be brought to
his home to be worked on only if he is unable to work on them in the customers home. This service will assist customers with
internet, software/hardware installation and training. A local phone company
will direct customers to Mr. Cox for additional assistance with internet
problems. A small sign will be used for delivery purposes only and will hang
from an existing lamppost. Traffic flow will be very low as Mr. Cox will go to
the customers home for service. A favorable motion for
a Home Occupied Business was made by Commissioner Shook. Commissioner Nielson
seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Antonio Juarez presented this request. Mr.
Juarez will be cleaning, stripping and buffing floors for Smith’s Food King,
CJ’s and Albertson’s. This will be contracted work for one year with the three
stores and will not provide cleaning for residential homes. Mr. Juarez uses
chemicals and cleaning supplies located in the stores and has no need for
storing any items at his home. In order for a business to be listed as Incorporated
