 1.                MINUTES - January 28, 2004

 

             MOTION.  Boardmember McEvoy moved that the minutes of the January 28, 2004 meeting be approved as written.  Motion seconded by Boardmember Wheeler and carried.

 

 2.            JAMES BANASKY MAIN STREET DEVELOPMENT PROJECT - Final Approval and Funding Authorization For Phase II

 

Nick Tatton reported that James Banasky has submitted invoices and cancelled checks totaling $14,527.75 for Phase II of his development on Main Street.  All submitted costs are eligible for reimbursement under the Extended Restoration Grant, which includes excavation, drainage and site remediation.  He recommended a reimbursement of 1/3 of eligible projects costs totaling $4,794.16.  MOTION.  Boardmember Denison moved that final approval for Phase II and a reimbursement of the above amount be approved for the James Banasky development.  Motion seconded by Boardmember Tatton and carried.

 

MOTION.  Boardmember Tatton moved that the meeting adjourn and that the Council Meeting reconvene.  Motion seconded by Boardmember Wheeler and carried.

 

Meeting adjourned at 6:27 p.m.
