1. INTERSECTION CORNER REPLACEMENT - Contract Awarded

Gary Sonntag reported that the committee assigned to review the bids received for the Intersection Corner Replacement has awarded the contract to Minchey Digging for $95,040. They have spoken at length to Minchey Digging and they feel they fully understand the project.

MOTION. Boardmember Nikas moved that the meeting adjourn and that the Council Meeting reconvene. Motion seconded by Boardmember Wheeler and carried.
