A favorable motion to approve the
minutes of
IV CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT- HOME OCCUPIED BUSINESS-FINAL
OFFICE USE ONLY-360 N. 1200 E.-Triple H Enterprises-Tracy Hunter, Owner presented this request. This business will be an outdoor yard care business, trimming trees and grass care. Owner has a riding mower, push mower and yard tools transported with a trailer which will be parked at a friend’s house in Carbonville. He would also like to do winter snow removal with the plow on the front of his truck. All storage of fertilizer and any tools will be stored in a shed in Carbonville. The apartment complex he currently lives in will be Office Use Only as needed to take phone calls and receive emails on needed business and appointments. Mr. Hunter’s business will be a 1-2 person operation. A favorable motion for a Home Occupied Conditional Use Permit was made by Penny Sampinos. Gary Lyon seconded the favorable motion. Motion Carried.
V CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT- HOME OCCUPIED BUSINESS-FINAL

VI CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT- BUSINESS AND SIGN FINAL
59 South 7th East. Re-Max Raptor Realty-Toni and Kimball Johnson, Owners. Toni Johnson presented this request. This business will be a real estate office, listing and selling homes and property management. There are two existing signs which will both be used as copy change only. The sign on posts will be used as no change in size only having lights added to make the sign illuminated. A favorable motion was made by Alfred Richens for this Business and Sign Conditional Use Permit. Gary Lyon seconded the motion. Motion Carried.

Jeanne said elections are still being held and then someone from the council will attend the meetings in the future.
There were no questions or input from the Youth Council at this time.
