BONA SIGNS

Community Administrator Vern Jones made the presentation for Bona Signs.  The sign will go over the canopy of the new garden center and is well within the requirements.  There were no questions or concerns and Larry Bruno moved to forward a favorable recommendation to Price City Council for the Conditional Use Permit - Sign for K-Mart of Price.  Penny Sampinos seconded and the motion carried.

3.                  STAFF

1)                  Vern Jones referred the Commission to the photographs attached to the Conditional Use Permit for the K-Mart Sign and indicated they were taken with a digital camera.  This allows the picture to be taken, printed from a color printer and included with the application so each Commission Member can visibly see and more readily understand the permit request in a timely manner.

2)                  Chairman John Angotti read a letter from the new director of Carbon County Economic Development, Delynn Fielding.  He stated they are in the process of forming an economic development agency and a meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, June 29 at 7:00 P.M. in the Carbon County Commission Chambers.  All Planning and Zoning Commissions are invited to attend.

There was no further business and Alfred Richens made a motion to adjourn.  The meeting adjourned at 6:15 P.M.
