Mr. and Mrs. Slavensky explained they have two 13 by 13 air inflated bouncers for fairs, festivals, birthday parties, reunions and other activities. The bouncers are for children to go into and jump without the danger of falling out. The Slavenskys carry liability insurance and also have customers sign a rental agreement stating the renter is responsible for the bouncer and children while on their property. Larry Bruno moved to forward a favorable recommendation to Price City Council for this Home Occupied Business. Alfred Richens seconded and the motion carried.

Mr. Brown explained he currently has a cleaning contract with Key Bank. The bank changed to a national cleaning company and in order for Mr. Brown to subcontract through them, he needs to obtain a business license. Larry Bruno moved to forward a favorable recommendation for this Home Occupied Business. Frankie Sacco seconded and the motion carried.

The signs for Banasky insurance were reviewed. It was stated the time and temperature sign is slightly larger than the 200 square feet maximum but is allowed with approval of the Planning Commission. Alfred Richens moved to approve the signage for Banasky Insurance. Larry Bruno seconded and the motion carried.

The signs for Auto Shields are banner type signs, 60 square feet, located on three sides of the building. There were no questions or concerns and Larry Bruno moved to forward a favorable recommendation to Council for these signs. Alfred Richens seconded and the motion carried.

X CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

Mr. Johnson explained his plans to give 20 of property on the South side to his neighbor in order to provide them with access to their backyard and move the East property line 15 to the existing fence line. Mr. Johnson has permission from the neighbors to do the adjustment. The Commission recommended having the properties surveyed and informed Mr. Johnson that he must have the changes recorded at the courthouse. Larry Bruno made a motion in favor of the lot line adjustment. Frankie Sacco seconded and the motion carried.

Ms. Keller explained this is the
same carnival that came to Price last year and will be in approximately the same location on the North
end of the property at 400 East and 100 North.
She also said that Hometown
Amusements will be giving free tickets to DCFS to give to underprivileged children.

International Days A-Frame Signs
John Angotti voiced concern over temporary carnivals coming to town and not returning the money into the community. Several other Commission members stated they felt the carnivals give kids more to do.
Francis informed the Commission the Sonic Drive In opened today.
Frankie inquired as to the progress of the clean up at Transmission Express. It was explained much has been done and the area looks much better. The property is also for sale. Larry suggested making all of the local transmission shops, car repair shops, and other related lots be made to follow the same requirements.
Jeanne mentioned the old Gas-n-Go property is becoming a safety hazard. Francis explained a permit to demolish the building was taken out several months ago and no further action has been taken. Jeanne suggested contacting a second property owner in order to expedite the process.
There was
no further business and Alfred moved to adjourn. The meeting ended at
