Spink presented this request. This will be an office use only handyman business. This home will be used by Joseph Spink
and Dalene Pilling as a home and business. The home is owned by Dalene’s parents.
Due to ownership differences, a written letter of permission from owners will
be required in order to receive this conditional use permit. There will be
minimal storage of water base paint and leftover materials from different jobs.
Storage of materials will be on a weekly and daily basis in order not to waste
leftover materials. Concerns of the commission would be the storage of
flammable materials. Mr. Spink assured the panel of this concern that all
materials would be water based. Mr. Spink does not have a contractor license
and will not be able to do jobs over the $1,000 maximum which would include labor
and materials. A sign can be no larger than 10 x 15 (150”) for the front of the
home. A favorable motion for a Home Occupied Office Use Only Business
