Lillian Gold, Manager of Robbers Roost Publication presented this request to add a publication business into the back of the building located at 59 E. 100 N. Ed Shook referred to the January 10th, 2005 minutes regarding the Conditional Use Permit for a business in the front part of the building (Sundance Recovery).  When this business was approved it had a prior landscaping agreement with the stipulation to plant two trees between the parking strip and the business. The trees are required and have not been planted as of today -9/26/05. This tree addition is part of the City’s beautification program. Ms. Gold told the commission the trees will be taken care of and she will speak with Mr. Carlson. The sign will  be used from the previous business and just be a change of copy. Printing will be contracted through Peczuh Printing. There will be no film developing only computerized printing.  There will be approximately 7500 copies printed twice a month on the first and second Wednesdays of each month with rack distribution. A favorable motion for a Conditional Use Permit Business and Sign Final contingent on the two trees planted in the parking strip was made by Ed Shook. Gary Lyon seconded the motion. Motion Carried.
