1. BID OPENING - 800 North Storm Drain Project - Committee Appointed

MOTION. Councilmember Nikas moved that a committee consisting of himself, Mayor Colosimo, Councilmember Bringhurst, Cobb Johnson, Gary Sonntag, Vern Jones, Dick Perea, and Pat Larsen, be appointed to review the bids and given the power to act. Motion seconded by Councilmember Bringhurst and carried.
2. RESOLUTION #97-25 - Seat Belt Policy - Tabled
Vern Jones presented Resolution #97-25, adopting a seat belt policy. MOTION. Councilmember Nikas moved that Resolution #97-25 be tabled for further review, and placed on the agenda for the next meeting. Motion seconded by Councilmember Piccolo and carried.
