There were no corrections or additions and Gary Lyon made a motion to
approve the minutes of October 10, 2000 as read. Penny Sampinos seconded
and the motion carried.

HANDYMAN SERVICE - CONTRACTOR LICENSE PENDING
MATT WILSON
Mr. Willson appeared before the Commission and explained he had taken and
passed the State Concrete Contractor's License Test and was awaiting his
license. Until such time as it is received, he will work under a Handyman's
License. Mr. Duzenack advised Mr. Wilson that since he lives on a corner lot
and will have trailers and trucks for use in his business, he will have to abide
by the 40 foot rule to insure the view of traffic is not blocked in either direction
creating a traffic hazard. Mr. Willson indicated he would comply. There were
no further concerns and Larry Bruno moved to forward a favorable
recommendation to Price City Council for the Home Occupied Business -
Office Use Only for M Wilson Custom Concrete, Inc. Alfred Richens seconded
and the motion carried.

Mr. Cook has requested his application be withdrawn from the agenda at this
time. Alfred Richens made a motion to table this item until a future date.
Gary Lyon seconded and the motion carried.
UTAH LEAGUE OF CITIES AND TOWNS
ARTICLE "ANTI-BOX REBELLION
Francis Duzenack indicated this was informational only, but felt it was timely
and worthwhile reading in light of the circulating Wal-Mart rumors.
Discussion was held on this item.
INFORMATION CONCERNING THE PRWID
SAMPLING MANHOLE & SEWER LATERAL
Gary Lyon asked if there was information on the sampling manhole and sewer laterals matter. Joe Piccolo indicated Vern Jones will be doing research on the subject and bring the City Council up to date upon his return.
There was no further business and Gary Lyon made a motion to adjourn. The meeting adjourned at 6:10 P.M.
