Minutes of The Price Redevelopment Agency Meeting

 1.        MINUTES - October 27, 2004

 

MOTION - Boardmember Wheeler moved that the minutes of the October 27, 2004 meeting be approved as written.  Motion seconded by Boardmember Denison and carried.

 

 2.        DOMINO=S PIZZA BUILDING RENOVATION PHASE I - Concept, Final Project Approval and Funding

 

Nick Tatton presented a request for concept, final project approval and funding authorization, submitted by Jae Potter for Phase I of building renovations completed on his building located at 590 East Main in preparation for occupancy by Domino=s Pizza.  Mr. Potter has submitted invoices and proof of payment and is eligible for reimbursement in the amount of $10,628.00.  Councilmember Denison stated that Jae Potter is his relative.  MOTION.  Boardmember Tatton moved that concept, final project approval and funding in the above amount be approved.  Motion seconded by Boardmember Wheeler and carried.

 

MOTION.  Boardmember Tatton moved that the meeting adjourn and that the Council Meeting reconvene.  Motion seconded by Boardmember Denison and carried.

 

Meeting adjourned at 7:38 p.m.
