1. CANVASS OF GENERAL ELECTION - November 4, 1997
The City Council acted as the Board of Canvassers for the November 4, 1997 General Election. Joanne Lessar presented one absentee ballot, which is not admissible because it was postmarked on election day, November 4, 1997. She certified and verified the counts as follows. MOTION. Councilmember Bringhurst moved that the election results be accepted. Motion seconded by Councilmember Denison and carried.
