1. Approval of the October 22, 2008 CDRA Minutes

MOTION. Boardmember Tatton moved to open the Community Development and Renewal

Agency meeting at 7:04p.m. Motion seconded by Boardmember Hanna-Smith. MOTION.

Boardmember Tatton moved to approve the minutes of October 22, 2008. Motion seconded by

Boardmember Nielson and carried. MOTION. Boardmember Tatton moved to close the meeting

at 7:05 p.m. Motion seconded by Boardmember McEvoy and carried.
