MOTION. Councilmember Nielson moved to appoint Councilmember Hanna-Smith as Mayor Pro-Tempore in the absence of Mayor Piccolo. Motion seconded by Councilmember Tatton and carried.
The Price City Economic Vitality Loan Fund Program received
a request from Carrie King at Nextime Wireless
regarding additional loan funds for the purchase of additional inventory. The
loan review committee has met and reviewed the request and is recommending
disbursement of the additional loan funds. The additional loan funds would be
secured via the approved supplemental funding agreement extending the terms and
conditions of the original funding through final payout of the loan. It is also
the recommendation of the loan review committee that this funding request
complete the participation in the business funding by the Price City Economic
Vitality Loan Fund to remain consistent with prior approvals and program
administration practice. The maximum amount to borrow 10,000 due to amount of
money that
MOTION. Councilmember Nielson moved to approve the additional loan funds be accepted. Motion seconded by Councilmember Tatton. Motion carried. Tatton moved to authorize mayor and recorder to sign agreement. Motion seconded by Councilmember Nielson and carried.
